Dispenseree is a UK online shop, and our only website is dispenseree.cc. This page sets out how to check you are dealing with us, how ordering and payment work, and how to reach us.
Our only website
We only trade at dispenseree.cc. Every order is placed through the checkout on this site and gets an order number and an email confirmation from us.
- We do not sell through WhatsApp, Telegram or social media messages.
- We never ask for payment by message.
- Dispenseroo was our former name. Sites at other addresses using either name, including dispenseroo.cc, dispenseroo.club and dispenseree.net, are not operated by us.
If you have paid anyone else claiming to be us, tell your bank straight away, and email us at [email protected] so we can help you check.
How ordering and payment work
- Place your order at checkout on dispenseree.cc. You will get an order number and an order email.
- Pay by bank transfer, using your order number as the payment reference. Our bank details are shown at checkout and in your order email.
- Or pay by crypto at checkout, which takes a discount off automatically.
- Your order shows as paid once your payment is matched to it, and we email you as it moves on.
Delivery and tracking
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked. When your label is made, your tracking number is emailed to you, and you can follow it on the Royal Mail website. Until Royal Mail scans the parcel in, their tracking page will say they are expecting it.
